Soaring Prices Suggest a Florida Phenomenon
Florida property prices are zooming at the same time that the rest of
the nation is still recovering.
In Orlando prices had fallen 51% since the peak in 2006. Bargain prices
like these have attracted investors, both foreign and domestic.
Demand in Orlando has been strong enough to reduce the time for listed
properties to sell by up to 25%.
