New apartment development for Orlando
9.7 acres of land off Southern International Drive Orlando has recently
sold for $3.7 million as the site for a 264-unit apartment development.
Construction of the $32.7 million Alta at Lake Eve project is scheduled
to start in December, with completion in March 2013.
Apartments in the four-storey community will range from one bedroom with
one bath to three bedrooms with two baths, with space ranging from 663
to 1,370 square feet. Rents are projected to range from $900 to $1,500 a
month
Investors and lenders are showing a strong interest in new apartment
developments in Orlando, according to the developer.
