Florida property sales higher in October 2011
Florida’s existing house & condo sales continued to show gains in
October, increasing by 13% compared to October 2010.
Both sales and prices are above where they were this time last year,
noted Florida Realtors Chief Economist, and the overall trend continues
to show gains year-over-year. We are seeing strong interest in
purchasing Florida real estate from smart investors who are taking
advantage of the current favourable market conditions.
