US Pending home sales jump in October
Pending (under offer) US home sales rose strongly in October. The
Pending Home Sales Index (PHSI), a forward-looking indicator based on
contract signings, surged to 93.3 nationally in October. In the South
the PHSI rose to 99.5 which is 9.7% higher than October 2010.
