Orlando house-prices forecast to lead US in 2012

Orlando will lead the nation in 2012 for home-price gains, according to a report by real-estate research firm Clear Capital.

The analytics company has projected that home prices in Orlando will increase 11.7 % during the year, compared with 2.1% for the US overall.
