Florida property market continues positive signs in April 2012

Florida’s housing market had increased sales under offer (pending) and higher median prices in April, along with a greatly reduced inventory stock of homes and condos for sale.

“Home prices continue to rise while pending sales are on the rise. It is not unusual to see multiple offers,” said the 2012 Florida Realtors President.

“The housing numbers for the state of Florida continue to signal recovery,” said Florida Realtors Chief Economist.
