Orlando home inventory drop
Orlando's housing market inventory in June declined for the fourth
consecutive month, which members of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association
see as a sign of industry improvement.
There are 24,575 homes available through the Multiple Listing Service, a
decrease of 440 homes from the previous month. The month-to-month inventory
declined 46.2 percent since January.
The current inventory reflects a 17-month supply at the current sales pace.
Association members sold 1,443 homes in June, a 7.1 percent improvement from
the 1,347 home sales in the month prior.
