David Smith (Orlando Property UK) is based in the UK and owns a holiday home in
Orlando. David visited Florida from the UK on family holidays for many years
before buying an Orlando property - a holiday home that would also generate
a rental income. His first holiday home was a condo, which he later sold
when he bought a villa. With his experience of the buying, selling and renting
